She oversees all aspects of the hospital’s performance — from theatre utilisation and patient pathways to staff development and stakeholder partnerships — ensuring that Electiva Manchester operates with efficiency, integrity, and compassion.
Lisa works closely with the Group Executive Team to align Manchester’s services with Electiva’s broader mission of delivering world-class elective healthcare through innovation, partnership, and trust. Her calm leadership and collaborative approach have been instrumental in creating a culture where staff feel supported, surgeons are empowered, and patients receive outstanding care from consultation through to recovery.
